Description: 
Kern Family Health Care (KFHC) Members can access key features of the Member Portal at any time and from anywhere by using the KFHC mobile app, LiNK!

Download LiNK to synchronize your mobile device and log in just as you would on your Member Portal account. If you don’t have an account, LiNK allows you to sign up directly from your cell phone or another mobile device.

LiNK Features:
<ul>
<li>View your KFHC information and utilize self-service tools.</li>
<li>Stay informed about upcoming checkups or other necessary health actions.</li>
</ul>

View Your Member ID Card: 
Access both the front and back details of your ID cards whenever needed. Share the card information via email with your provider or download the image to your mobile device.

View Your Benefits and Coverage Information: 
Keep current on your benefits and coverage details. Verify your benefits and seek responses to any questions regarding coverage.

Other LiNK Features:

<li>Locate a doctor or submit a request to change your primary care provider (PCP).</li>
<li>Review and update your contact information, including address, phone number, and email address. Choose to receive text notifications and robocalls.</li>
<li>Access your referral history and leverage various self-service tools.</li>
</ul>

View Your Health Status: 
Want to confirm if it’s time for your annual health checkup? Connect with LiNK and discover through the Member Portal Health Care Reminders feature. This functionality helps determine if you are due for an annual health assessment and provides essential health care reminders based on your health status.

Security: 
Rest assured, your information is secure! Access to the app features requires logging in with your User Name and Password. Without this information, no one can access your personal data. Your privacy is safeguarded.

Trouble Accessing App Features? 
To utilize the app's features, logging in is necessary. Only Kern Family Health Care members are permitted to sign in and utilize the LiNK app.
